Mary Ann has been the Administrator at the Medi-Weightloss® clinic of Lakeland since it opened in 2008. She was born and raised in Tampa and began her medical career in 1985 with Cigna Healthcare of Florida. Mary Ann was the Healthcare Center Administrator for two of the facilities, the South Tampa and Town & Country Cigna Healthcare Centers. Mary Ann's greatest love is her grandchildren with whom she enjoys spending all her free time with!

Dr. McFadden was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida. He is a graduate of Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Fl with a B.S. Degree in Biology. He received his M.D. degree from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington D.C. Dr. McFadden returned to Florida to do his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Orlando Regional Medical Center. Dr. McFadden is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and began his medical career with Cigna Healthcare Florida as a Primary Care Physician in 1988. He opened his own practice in 2002 and continued to work as a primary care provider until 2009, when he opened Medi-Weightloss® clinic of Lakeland. Dr. McFadden has worked as a primary care provider for over Twenty Years in the Tampa Bay Area.
