Ingredients

  • 4 oz chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, raw
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp avocado oil
  • ¼ tsp minced Fresh Garlic
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Whisk vinegar, avocado oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes together and pour over chicken.

  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes and enjoy!
