A native of Shreveport, Louisiana Dr. Coussons moved to Wisconsin in 2002 to establish Women’s Specialty Care, an OB–GYN practice in Green Bay. In 2008, he began working with people wanting to lose weight. He enjoyed watching their successes and chose to expand his practice to medical weight loss for both men and women. He was very impressed with what Medi-Weightloss had to offer to his patients: A medically-supervised program with no prepackaged food, extensive education about nutrition, and very supportive counselors at a competitive price. Dr. Coussons is a graduate of Baylor University. He earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University Medical Center, Shreveport, LA, and completed his Internship and Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Louisiana State University Medical Center. In addition to medical weight loss & obstetrics, Dr. Coussons is a very skilled gynecologic robotic surgeon who travels across the country to teach and speak on this state-of-the-art technology. Dr. Coussons enjoys spending time with his wife, Anna, and their 5 children. In addition to family and synagogue activities, he has many sporting and outdoor interests including flying his plane, skiing, riding dirt bikes, hunting, and camping.
