- 4 oz chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, raw
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp avocado oil
- ¼ tsp minced Fresh Garlic
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Whisk vinegar, avocado oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes together and pour over chicken.
