Trent lost 50 pounds!

I have been overweight since I was a kid. I ate mostly carbs and fat and did almost no exercise. Even though I managed to lose some of the weight during high school, I gained about 50 pounds during COVID. That was when my father introduced me to Dr. San Miguel. She taught me healthy nutrition and exercise habits, and soon I was able to walk more than 10,000 steps a day!
