Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Grate zucchini and pour into a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the zucchini on to a clean kitchen towel and gently twist to strain excess water.
- In a bowl, mix zucchini with egg, onion, garlic, cheese, and oatmeal.
- Form into 16 tots and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve with hot sauce.
