  • 1.00 cup(s), grated (124.000g)    zucchini
  • 1.00 dash (0.400g)    salt
  • 1.00 dash (0.100g)    ground black pepper
  • 1.00 large (50.000g)    eggs
  • 0.50 cup(s), minced (160.000g)    onion(s)
  • 1.00 clove(s), minced (6.000g)    garlic
  • 0.25 cup(s) (112.000g)    fat-free shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1.00 packet(s) (26.600g)    Medi-Weightloss® Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Grate zucchini and pour into a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the zucchini on to a clean kitchen towel and gently twist to strain excess water.
  4. In a bowl, mix zucchini with egg, onion, garlic, cheese, and oatmeal.
  5. Form into 16 tots and place on baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Serve with hot sauce.
