  • 1.00 cup, diced (152.000g)    watermelon
  • 4.00 cup (10.000g)    arugula
  • 2.00 tbsp (16.000g)    balsamic vinegar
  • 2.00 ounce(s) (2 Tablespoons) (28.000g)    feta cheese, fat-free, chunk
  • 16.00 kernels (0.700g)    pistachios


  1. Cut into the watermelon cubes with a heart shaped cookie cutter.
  2. Finely chop the scrap pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, toss together arugula, balsamic, and watermelon scraps.
  4. Divide between two smaller bowls and top with chicken, pistachios, feta, and watermelon hearts.
