Directions
- Combine cream cheese, ranch seasoning, chopped banana peppers, and chopped pimentos.
- Finely chop tomatoes and set aside.
- To assemble roll-ups, evenly spread 1 tsp of cream cheese mixture onto the egg thin, then layer ½oz each of turkey, ham, and roast beef on top.
- Sprinkle 1 Tbsp shredded lettuce, 1 Tbsp chopped tomato, and 1 tsp sliced black olives on top of the deli meat.
- Roll up the egg thin and slice on a bias.
