  • 0.50 tsp (3.600g)    Hidden Valley® Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 2.00 Tbsp, chopped (28.000g)    Banana Pepper Rings (Pepperoncini)
  • 2.00 Tbsp diced (12.000g)    canned pimento
  • 0.50 cup shredded (72.000g)    iceberg lettuce
  • 0.75 cup (149.000g)    cherry tomatoes
  • 2.50 Tbsp, sliced (8.000g)    black olives
  • 4.00 oz, sliced (28.350g)    deli turkey breast
  • 4.00 oz, sliced (28.000g)    Deli Ham
  • 4.00 oz, sliced (28.350g)    Deli Roast Beef
  • 8.00 egg thin(s) (5.000g)    Crepini® Egg Thins with Cauliflower


  1. Combine cream cheese, ranch seasoning, chopped banana peppers, and chopped pimentos.
  2. Finely chop tomatoes and set aside.
  3. To assemble roll-ups, evenly spread 1 tsp of cream cheese mixture onto the egg thin, then layer ½oz each of turkey, ham, and roast beef on top.
  4. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp shredded lettuce, 1 Tbsp chopped tomato, and 1 tsp sliced black olives on top of the deli meat.
  5. Roll up the egg thin and slice on a bias.
