Ingredients
Directions
- Trim fat from flank steak and lay flat.
- Spread on garlic, and top with parsley, basil, and Parmesan.
- Roll flank steak, and tightly cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 4 hours.
- Remove plastic wrap and cut flank steak into 6 (4-oz) pinwheels.
- Place a skewer in each pinwheel and cook as desired (grilling recommended).
