Directions
- Mix yogurt and protein powder together until totally blended.
- Pour half of yogurt into the bottom of 2 containers.
- Crumble protein bar and place on top of yogurt mixtures.
- Add little fat-free whipped topping!
- Close container and store in refrigerator for up to 7 days.
