  • 1.00 large (84.000g)    Portobello mushrooms
  • 0.25 cup (60.000g)    Walden Farms® Tomato & Basil Sauce
  • 2.00 tbsp (15.750g)    Ragu® Homemade Style pizza sauce
  • 0.25 cup (30.000g)    spinach, raw
  • 1.00 pan fried slice(s) (28.000g)    Applegate® Uncured Turkey Bacon
  • 0.25 cup(s) (112.000g)    fat-free shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1.00 stick(s) (21.000g)    String Cheese, light
  • 2.00 Tbsp (30.000g)    fat-free shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Scrape the gills out of the mushroom and bake at 425 degrees F for 10 minutes to remove moisture.
  2. Remove mushroom from oven, blot dry with a paper towel, and spoon pizza sauce onto it.
  3. Chop spinach and place on top.
  4. Crumble the turkey bacon on top.
  5. Shred cheese and sprinkle on top.
  6. Bake 10 minutes.
