Ingredients
Directions
- Place a steamer insert into a saucepan and fill with ¼ cup water.
- Bring water to a boil. Add cauliflower, cover, and steam for 10 minutes.
- Melt the butter in a small skillet over low heat.
- Chop garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Drain the cauliflower and add to food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Add melted butter, garlic, salt, and white pepper.
