  • 2.00 cup(s), florets (749.000g)    cauliflower
  • 2.00 cloves (9.000g)    garlic
  • 2.00 tsp (4.730g)    butter, unsalted
  • 1.00 tsp (6.000g)    salt
  • 1.00 tsp, ground (2.400g)    white pepper


  1. Place a steamer insert into a saucepan and fill with ¼ cup water.
  2. Bring water to a boil. Add cauliflower, cover, and steam for 10 minutes.
  3. Melt the butter in a small skillet over low heat.
  4. Chop garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat. Drain the cauliflower and add to food processor. Blend until smooth.
  6. Add melted butter, garlic, salt, and white pepper.
