Ingredients

  • 2.00 Packet (22.000g)    Signature No-Bake Cheesecake
  • 0.25 cup (8 fl oz) (237.000g)    Coffee, brewed from grounds, prepared with tap water, decaffeinated
  • 1.00 Tbsp (20.000g)    Sugar-Free Irish Cream Syrup
  • 1.00 bar(s) (27.000g)    Medi-Weightloss® Chocolate Celebration Delite Protein Bar
  • 4.00 Tbsp (4.500g)    sugar-free whipped topping
  • 0.50 tsp (2.600g)    cinnamon

Directions

  1. Put coffee in fridge to cool (or use cold coffee).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together 2 cheesecake packets, 1/4 cup cold decaf coffee, and 1 Tbsp sugar-free Irish cream syrup. Set aside in fridge.
  3. Chop up 1 protein bar. Divide and place on the bottom of 2 glass coffee mugs. Add the cheesecake to the mugs, followed by light whipped topping and cinnamon.
