  • 3.00 tbsp (15.000g)    reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1.00 tsp (1.500g)    poultry seasoning
  • 1.00 bag(s) (30.000g)    Medi-Weightloss® Cheddar and Onion Protein Chips
  • 4.00 large (33.000g)    eggs, whites only
  • 1.00 large (17.000g)    egg yolk
  • 1.00 small whole (2-2/5" dia) (91.000g)    tomato
  • 0.25 small (70.000g)    red onion
  • 1.00 cup (30.000g)    spinach, raw
  • 2.00 Tbsp (35.000g)    Medi-Weightloss Cranberry Sauce


Bun Directions: #. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. #. Pulse protein chips and ½ tsp poultry seasoning in a food processor, forming a fine breadcrumb texture. #. With an electric mixer, whip egg whites until stiff peaks form. #. Slowly add egg yolk and chip crumbs into whipped egg whites. #. Spread 4 even rounds (about 4.5”-5” diameter) of the egg mixture onto a lined baking sheet and bake 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool before assembling sandwiches.

Sandwich Directions: #. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and remaining poultry seasoning. #. Spread ½ of the cream cheese and cranberry sauce on each bun and layer half the turkey, onion, tomato, and spinach in between. Repeat for second sandwich.
