Ingredients

  • 3.00 tbsp (14.200g)    butter, unsalted

  • 8.00 Tbsp (7.000g)    almond flour
  • 1.00 scoop(s) (32.400g)    Medi-Weightloss® Chocolate Premium Protein
  • 3.00 tbsp (5.400g)    unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.50 tsp (4.600g)    baking powder
  • 1.00 tsp (3.000g)    kosher salt
  • 3.00 large (33.000g)    eggs, whites only
  • 1.00 cup(s) (100.000g)    Swerve® Granular
  • 2.00 tsp (4.200g)    vanilla extract
  • 4.00 Tbsp (15.000g)    fat-free cream cheese
  • 4.00 oz (170.000g)    plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1.00 Tbsp(s) (9.000g)    Swerve® Confectioners
  • 0.50 tsp (15.000g)    peppermint extract

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place the butter and Mint Dark Chocolate Sensations in a large glass bowl over a pot of gently boiling water. Whisk together until the butter and chocolate are melted and well combined. Set aside and let cool.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, Chocolate Premium Protein, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg whites, Swerve® Granular, and vanilla extract.
  3. Whisk the cooled chocolate and butter mixture into the egg and sugar mixture. When combined, mix into the dry ingredients. Pour into an 8-by-8-inch baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Prepare frosting by whisking cream cheese, Greek yogurt, Swerve® Confectioners, peppermint extract, and green food color in a medium bowl.
  5. Let cool down and cut into squares. Top with frosting!
