Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Lightly spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
- Chop turkey bacon.
- In a mixing bowl, mix all of the ingredients.
- Pour equal amounts of mixture into each of the 6 muffin tins.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes then remove from the oven.
- Allow the cups to cool then store in an airtight container for meal prep.
