Ingredients

  • 1.00 lb (453.600g)    chicken breast(s), boneless and skinless, raw
  • 2.00 tsp (4.500g)    canola oil
  • 1.00 small (70.000g)    onion(s)
  • 1.00 Tbsp minced (6.000g)    ginger
  • 4.00 cloves (9.000g)    garlic
  • 1.00 tbsp (6.000g)    cumin
  • 1.00 Tbsp (18.000g)    garam masala
  • 1.00 tsp (2.200g)    turmeric, ground
  • 1.00 tbsp (7.500g)    chili powder
  • 1.50 cup (260.000g)    crushed tomatoes
  • 0.50 cup (240.000g)    light coconut milk
  • 6.00 oz (28.333g)    Chobani® Greek Yogurt (plain)
  • 4.00 Tbsp, chopped (14.000g)    cilantro

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a heavy pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion, cooking for 3 minutes.
  2. Add ginger and garlic, cooking for 1 minute. Then add cumin, Garam Masala, turmeric, chili powder, and salt, mixing well.
  3. Stir in tomatoes, coconut milk, and yogurt. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add chicken and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
  5. Mix in cilantro and serve.
