  • 16.00 cherry tomatoe(s) (17.000g)    cherry tomatoes
  • 16.00 stalk(s) (24.000g)    green onion
  • 8.00 oz (28.250g)    reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1.00 clove (3.000g)    garlic
  • 1.00 tsp, ground (1.400g)    basil, dried
  • 1.00 tsp (5.000g)    lemon juice
  • 1.00 dash (100.000g)    Salt and Pepper


  1. Cut a cross in the top of each cherry tomato. Use a spoon to gently scrape out the inside/tomato seeds.
  2. Take a toothpick and make a hole on the other side the chive to fit through as the stem.
  3. Finely chop or grate cucumber.
  4. Mix cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped basil, and lemon juice in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add a teaspoon of cream cheese mixture into each tomato.
  6. Prepare the tulip bouquet on a large plate or platter. Enjoy!
