Directions
- Cut a cross in the top of each cherry tomato. Use a spoon to gently scrape out the inside/tomato seeds.
- Take a toothpick and make a hole on the other side the chive to fit through as the stem.
- Finely chop or grate cucumber.
- Mix cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped basil, and lemon juice in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add a teaspoon of cream cheese mixture into each tomato.
- Prepare the tulip bouquet on a large plate or platter. Enjoy!
