Ingredients

  • 2.00 scoop(s) (32.400g)    Medi-Weightloss® Chocolate Premium Protein
  • 3.00 Tbsp (14.000g)    coconut flour
  • 0.50 cup (86.000g)    unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.50 cup (48.000g)    Splenda® granulated
  • 0.25 tsp (6.000g)    salt
  • 1.00 tsp (4.600g)    baking soda
  • 0.50 cup (244.000g)    Pumpkin Puree
  • 6.00 Tbsp (46.000g)    All Whites®, liquid
  • 8.00 oz (28.250g)    reduced fat cream cheese
  • 0.25 cup (48.000g)    Splenda® granulated
  • 1.00 tsp (4.200g)    vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine fist 6 ingredients and set aside. In a separate bowl, whisk pumpkin, egg whites, and 1/4 cup water.
  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients until well-combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  4. Coat a 7x10 baking pan with cooking spray and pour in brownie batter.(Wet hands and press in batter.)
  5. Mix cream cheese, remaining Splenda®, and extract and swirl onto batter.
  6. Bake 15-18 minutes. Let cool and slice into 8 pieces.
