  • 0.50 cup, chopped (136.000g)    sweet onion
  • 0.25 cup (243.000g)    eggs, whites only
  • 1.00 bag(s) (30.000g)    Medi-Weightloss® Cheddar and Onion Protein Chips
  • 6.00 slice(s) (14.000g)    turkey bacon, raw
  • 30.00 slice (7.000g)    dill pickles
  • 15.00 cherry (17.000g)    tomato
  • 5.00 slice (21.000g)    Kraft fat-free singles
  • 1.00 cup, chopped (1/2" pieces, loosely packed) (57.000g)    iceberg lettuce
  • 0.50 Cup (272.000g)    Walden Farms® Calorie Free Dressing - Thousand Island
  • 2.00 tsp (5.000g)    distilled vinegar
  • 2.50 tbsp chopped (10.000g)    onion(s)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Make the sauce by combining dressing, vinegar, and minced onion. Set aside.
  3. Cut each slice of cooked turkey bacon into 5 pieces, and half each cherry tomato. Set aside.
  4. To make the burgers, grind protein chips in a food processor, forming a breadcrumb consistency. Add ½ chopped onion and egg whites to the food processor and process until smooth.
  5. In a large bowl, thoroughly combine ground turkey and chip mixture. Spoon 1” rounds onto a foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 15 minutes then remove from the oven.
  6. Cut cheese slice into 6 pieces. Top each burger with a piece of cheese and bake for 5 more minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  7. Assemble each kebab by interchangeably skewering 2 pieces each of: lettuce, tomato, pickle, bacon, and burger. Serve with dipping sauce.
