- Preheat large skillet to medium heat and coat with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, add 1 egg white, pancake mix, and XX water to bowl. Mix and let stand for 2-3 minutes.
- Make 3 pancakes - 1 large and 2 small.
- Assemble pancakes as shown in photo. Add fat-free whipped cream for tail and sliced strawberry for paws.
