  • 10.00 oz (shredded) (28.000g)    roasted chicken breast
  • 2.00 oz (28.000g)    fat-free cream cheese
  • 0.50 cup(s) (225.000g)    nonfat Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 0.25 cup (225.000g)    Frank's RedHot® Original
  • 1.00 oz, crumbles (84.000g)    reduced fat blue cheese
  • 0.25 cup, chopped (100.000g)    scallions
  • 3.00 bag(s) (30.000g)    Medi-Weightloss® Cheddar and Onion Protein Chips


  1. In a bowl, mix together chicken breast, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and hot sauce.
  2. Spoon 1 Tbsp of the mixture into the well of each chip.
  3. Sprinkle blue cheese and scallions on top.

Note: If you want to save some time, use store bought pre-cooked or canned chicken breast!
