  • 4.00 large (33.000g)    eggs, whites only
  • 0.25 tsp (3.000g)    cream of tartar
  • 4.00 envelope (1 tbsp) (7.000g)    unsweetened gelatin
  • 1.00 cup(s) (237.000g)    water
  • 5.00 packet(s) (2.000g)    Stevia sugar substitute
  • 1.00 tsp (4.200g)    vanilla extract
  • 1.00 scoop(s) (32.400g)    Medi-Weightloss® Birthday Cake Premium Protein


  1. Line bottom of a 9x9 inch square baking pan with parchment paper, and lightly spray edges with nonstick spray.
  2. In a small saucepan combine gelatin and ½ cup of water. Set aside while gelatin blooms.
  3. With an electric mixer, whip egg whites, vanilla extract, and cream of tartar until stiff peaks are formed.
  4. Mix remaining ½ cup of water and Stevia with bloomed gelatin. Heat until mixture begins to bubble.
  5. Slowly drizzle gelatin mixture into beaten egg whites.
  6. Whisk on high for 3-4 minutes until mixture becomes thick and shiny
  7. Transfer marshmallow mixture into pan, then place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before cutting into 24 cubes.
  8. Roll each cube in Birthday Cake Premium Protein. Store in the refrigerator.
