Ingredients
Directions
- Dissolve unflavored gelatin with hot water, making sure no clumps form.
- Add protein powder, gelatin, almond milk, Greek Yogurt, Stevia®, and 8 raspberries into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Divide into 4 small bowls or glasses. Chill in fridge until mixture is set.
- Top each serving with 1 Tbsp of sugar-free whipped topping and a raspberry.
