Ingredients

  • 0.50 scoop(s) (32.400g)    Medi-Weightloss® Strawberries & Cream Premium Protein
  • 1.00 pouch (7.000g)    Unflavored Gelatin
  • 3.00 Tbsp (14.170g)    water
  • 0.50 cup (240.000g)    unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 5.00 oz (170.000g)    plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1.00 packet(s) (2.000g)    Stevia sugar substitute
  • 10.00 raspberries (19.000g)    raspberries
  • 2.00 Tbsp (14.000g)    sugar-free whipped topping

Directions

  1. Dissolve unflavored gelatin with hot water, making sure no clumps form.
  2. Add protein powder, gelatin, almond milk, Greek Yogurt, Stevia®, and 8 raspberries into a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Divide into 4 small bowls or glasses. Chill in fridge until mixture is set.
  4. Top each serving with 1 Tbsp of sugar-free whipped topping and a raspberry.
