Directions
- Preheat convection oven to 350 degrees F; prep 12-cavity brownie bar pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Mix Medi-Weightloss® Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal and baking powder together in a bowl and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, whisk egg whites, water, and almond milk.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients; whisk until well combined.
- Divide batter evenly into 6 brwonie cavities.
- Bake in convection oven for 15 minutes, or until tops are puffed, tan, and you can insert toothpick into center and it comes out clean and dry.
