Sensational Chocolate Mousse

Serving Size: ¼ cup

Ingredients:

1 large egg           

2 Tbsp Splenda® granulated

4 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk

4 pieces Chocolate Sensations

2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1 8 oz container fat-free whipped topping

Directions:

Beat egg and Splenda® for 3 minutes until fluffy. Then stir in almond milk. Pour egg mixture into a small saucepan and heat on low for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add Chocolate Sensations, stirring until chocolate melts. Stir in cocoa powder and pour mixture into a glass bowl. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours (or until firm). Fold in thawed whipped topping before serving.

 

Chocolate Truffles

Serving Size: 1 truffle

Ingredients:

2 scoops Vanilla Premium Protein

¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

1 Tbsp plain, nonfat Greek yogurt

1 Tbsp Splenda® packets

¼ tsp strawberry extract

1 piece Raspberry Dark Chocolate Sensations

2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions:

Place parchment paper on a plate. Mix the first 6 ingredients together until a soft dough forms. Take about 1 Tbsp dough and form a ball. Continue process until all dough is used. Roll balls in cocoa powder. Microwave the Chocolate Sensations for 15 seconds and drizzle over truffles. Refrigerate truffles for 1 hour.

 

Chocolate-Stuffed Strawberries

Serving Size: 5 strawberries

½ serving fruit

Ingredients:

½ scoop Chocolate Premium Protein

2 oz plain, nonfat Greek yogurt

5 large strawberries

Directions:

Mix the Chocolate Premium Protein and yogurt. Wash strawberries and remove center with spoon or knife. Spoon filling into strawberries and refrigerate until ready to serve.

 

Peanut Butter Bites

Serving Size: 2 bites

Ingredients:

4 bars Classic Marshmallow Crisp

1 ½ Tbsp smooth peanut butter

2 oz plain, nonfat Greek yogurt

¾ scoop Chocolate-Peanut Butter Premium Protein

Directions:

Coat a mini muffin tin (16 cups) with nonstick spray (butter flavor recommended). Unwrap and place 4 Classic Marshmallow Crisps in a glass bowl. Then, microwave for 10 seconds. With clean hands, press bars into tin and refrigerate. Using a hand mixer, blend peanut butter, yogurt, and Chocolate-Peanut Butter Premium Protein until smooth. Frost mini cupcakes and refrigerate until ready to serve.
