Flank Steak Pinwheels
These juicy steak rolls are easy to prepare. You’ll need:
- 1½ lb flank steak
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 1 Tbsp , chopped basil
- ¼ cup reduced-fat Parmesan
Trim fat from flank steak and lay flat. Spread on garlic, and top with parsley, basil and Parmesan. Roll flank steak, and tightly cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 4 hours. Remove plastic wrap and cut flank steak into 4-oz pinwheels. Place a skewer in each pinwheel and cook as desired (grilling recommended).
This made from scratch dip is perfect for a veggie tray. You’ll need:
- 1 cup spinach
- 8 oz plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp Lawrys® seasoned salt
- ¼ tsp dried parsley
- ¼ tsp dried basil
- ¼ tsp oregano
- ¼ tsp dry mustard
- 1 cup Kraft® light mayo
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well-combined. Refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving.
This easy dessert will delight all your guests. Just slice several bananas in half lengthwise. Insert wooden sticks and let freeze (1-2 hours). Melt Chocolate Sensations and dip the frozen bananas. Return to freezer until ready to serve.
