With a new year, there are always new fitness trends. So get a fresh start and reboot your old workouts with one of these emerging fitness workouts.

High-intensity interval training or HIIT workouts. HITT workouts are an excellent way to burn fat in a short period of time and are one of the greatest metabolism boosters. This exercise involves repeated short bursts of high-intensity exercises and performing each in a sequence, followed by brief recovery periods for 20-30 minutes.

Training at home. During the winter months, many people turn to gyms to get into shape, leading to many gyms being overcrowded. Instead try working out at home more, by incorporating our InterActive Exercise Activator, as our products are great for proving the ultimate strength-training workout.

Aerial yoga. Also, known as swing or antigravity yoga, takes yogis from their traditional mats to flying over them. This exercise is great for strengthening yogi’s cores and is great for those looking to improve their balance.

Crawling. The Washington Post reported the newest emerging fitness trend is getting more folks on their hands and knees. Crawling exercises use multi-joint movements and are a great arms, core, and leg work out. Popular crawls include baby, bear, arm, inchworm, and crab craw.

Circuit Training. Similar to HIIT workouts, however, circuit training is more of a relaxed workout that includes short breaks and can be performed with or weights.
