Meet North Andover's Staff
Dr. Seema Arora is a Board-Certified physician practicing Primary Care, Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine for over 25 years. She is also certified in Medical Esthetics. She went to medical school at Lady Hardinge in New Delhi, India and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Mass General Brigham hospital in Salem, MA. Dr. Arora is passionate about helping patients sail through and overcome various addictions, mental health disorders and chronic illnesses with the help of medications as well as life style modification. She was attracted towards weight loss management as part of her above interests. In her spare time, she likes to pursue her hobbies of dancing, acting, traveling the world, spending time with her husband, two children who just graduated from Boston University & Tufts University, friends and her two cats!
Jen Beaudoin is the Director of Operations with over 25 years’ experience in healthcare sales and operations management. After her own success with Medi-Weightloss and a desire to be a business owner, she was inspired to open a clinic in North Andover. Dedicated to customer service, Jen looks forward to providing an optimal experience to patients of the North Andover clinic through the outstanding care delivered by members of the clinical team. In her free time, Jen enjoys walking for fitness, vacations to the beach and mountains, spending time with her husband, children, much-loved pets, and close friends.
Sherie Kennedy is a Registered Nurse with over 15 years’ experience caring for patients of all ages. Sherie brings many years of experience caring for those with chronic illnesses, including diabetes, heart disease, COPD and Obesity. She received her undergraduate degree from Rivier University in Nashua, New Hampshire and is well on her way to becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is completing her master’s degree at Regis College. She plans to utilize this degree caring for elderly folks with dementia and other mental health disorders and to focus on behavioral nutrition. Sherie is an avid sports fan and a mother to two grown daughters who are also in the health care field. She welcomed her first granddaughter this year and enjoys spending time with her and her two dogs at her home in southern New Hampshire. Sherie has been inspired by the Medi-Weightloss model and is excited to share her success in the program with others with hopes to guide them to good health and wellbeing.
Adrian MacKay, PA-C is a nationally certified physician assistant specializing in chronic disease management and obesity care. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland, College Park, and then earned her Master of Science degree at the University of California, Davis in Sacramento, California. Adrian is passionate about health education, fitness, nutrition, and building therapeutic alliances with patients throughout their weight loss journey. She is an avid runner, new mom, and is otherwise busy enjoying life with her daughter, husband, and adorable pup. Adrian is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants.
Kate Moreira FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in holistic and preventative care of the family. She attended Umass Lowell and has 17 years’ of experience in a variety of specialties and roles. In 2021, she earned her Master of Science degree from Walden University. Kate’s career passion includes treating clients of all ages with a special interest in helping adolescents to achieve healthy lifestyles. Kate lives with her fiancé, is a busy mom to two teenagers, and dog mom to Lola. When not playing chauffeur to them, she loves cooking and weightlifting. Kate is certified by The American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
